About the position

The General Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations of a restaurant, ensuring a strong business performance, and fostering a positive team environment. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location.
  • Passion for leadership and team development.
