About the position
The General Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations of a restaurant, ensuring a strong business performance, and fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities

- Manage financial performance, including P&L management and sales forecasting.
- Implement marketing strategies to engage the community and drive sales.

- Assist in food preparation and service as needed.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant management experience is required.
- Strong business acumen, including P&L management and sales forecasting.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location.
- Passion for leadership and team development.
