About the position

As an Arby's General Manager, you will provide vision and leadership to Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers to ensure each customer's expectations are exceeded every visit. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding business objectives while inspiring your team to cultivate the Arby's spirit in your restaurant. This role emphasizes the importance of both people and financial growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers top meats and meets sales and profit goals.
• Oversee local store marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Valid state driver's license and an insured vehicle
• Prior knowledge of food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
