About the position

Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant is seeking a General Manager to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service, maintain operational standards, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and fostering a collaborative work environment while focusing on customer satisfaction and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Guide, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve their best.
  • Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with Golden Krust Ownerships' standards.
  • Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and a memorable dining experience.
  • Train and develop team members to uphold Golden Krust's quality and service standards.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant, retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for customer service and team development.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or business management are a plus.
  • Reliable & Dependable transportation.
  • NYC Food Handling Certificate a MUST.
