Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, sales, marketing, finance, and HR.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive profitability.
• Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and employee engagement.
• Implement and maintain high operational standards and quality control.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of department heads and associates.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners and investors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and revenue generation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel, preferably in the lifestyle space.
• Strong financial acumen and proven success in managing budgets, revenue, and expenses.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; ability to communicate effectively with your team, Davidson, and ownership.
• Ability to think strategically and drive results.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
