About the position

As a General Manager (GM) at Jamba Juice, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the store, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience is exceptional. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales and profits while maintaining the highest standards of service. You will lead a team of dedicated individuals, including Team Members and Shift Managers, to create a dynamic and engaging work environment that fosters growth and development. Your leadership will be crucial in championing a culture of exceptional guest service, where you will lead by example and inspire your team to deliver extraordinary dining experiences. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from food preparation to guest interactions. You will set and achieve sales targets, driving revenue growth and optimizing operational efficiency. Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost controls will be key responsibilities, ensuring that the store operates smoothly and profitably. You will also be tasked with mentoring, training, and developing a skilled and motivated team, creating a positive atmosphere that encourages collaboration and excellence. Your strategic mindset will be essential in creating and implementing initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. You will address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism, ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression. Collaboration with regional and corporate management will be necessary to uphold brand standards and ensure that the store aligns with the overall vision of Jamba Juice.
