Responsibilities

• Build and supervise a team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability goals.
• Ensure customers are served correct and complete orders within service time goals.
• Prepare and ensure colleagues prepare consistent, high-quality products.
• Achieve standards for a clean and organized restaurant and colleague image.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate colleagues following company procedures.
• Develop a productive team through effective communication and delegation.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and a safe work environment.
• Complete all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period-end activities.
• Perform labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections accurately.
• Manage financial responsibilities and achieve cost control goals.
• Implement local store marketing events and in-store promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in a management role in a quick service restaurant or one year in a full service restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of profit and loss statements.
• Strong management, team building, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for job responsibilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with local store marketing techniques and sales building.
• Preferred minimum age of 21.
