Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a team that delivers a consistent product in a timely manner.
• Role model a culture of accountability, training, service, and cleanliness on the property.
• Understand the importance of profitability and the impact of decisions on customers, staff, and the brand.
• Increase car wash services volume.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and safe facility.
• Ensure the quality of the wash is maintained.
• Oversee equipment maintenance procedures.
• Maintain budgeted operational costs.
• Foster a culture of training to achieve operational results.
• Improve efficiency in processing cars to meet service time standards.
• Enhance ticket average to meet or exceed standards.
• Recruit, select, and maintain all location personnel.
• Resolve customer complaints and damage claims.
• Write strategic employee schedules.
• Mentor and coach staff to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and enforce chemical usage and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Develop strong vendor relationships for purchasing.
• Ensure timely and complete location reporting.
• Handle cash transactions with integrity.
• Oversee local marketing efforts including website updates and social media.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Driver's License
• Leadership skills
• Mechanical knowledge
• Experience in hospitality or customer service
• Restaurant management experience
