About the position

The General Manager at DRM Arby's is responsible for leading the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and family-oriented work environment. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring product availability, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The General Manager will also engage in leadership development and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by executing marketing plans and reviewing financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and support the team to provide excellent service to customers.
• Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity.
• Maintain a positive family culture through coaching and hiring practices.
• Oversee routine ordering and inventory to ensure product availability.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the restaurant according to guidelines.
• Adapt to various situations to support team performance.
• Resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns effectively.
• Execute marketing plans accurately and on time.
• Review profit and loss statements with the District Manager and take necessary actions.

Requirements

• Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development.
• Strong people-oriented relationship skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare food.
• Drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in scheduled shifts.
• 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant or equivalent education.
• Valid driver's license and insurance with an adequate driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently with various personalities.
• Satisfactory completion of a background check and must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
