About the position

The General Manager at Bowlero is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the entertainment center, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a diverse team. This role involves financial planning, team training, and maintaining high standards in food and beverage services. The General Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue and fostering a positive work environment while addressing operational challenges in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Generate and monitor center revenue, including developing financial operational plans and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, planning, and team communication.
• Supervise and direct training for all staff members to ensure proficiency in guest service and operational standards.
• Conduct regular meetings with the management team to review performance and adjust action plans accordingly.
• Maintain high morale among team members and address HR or loss prevention issues as they arise.
• Achieve and maintain overall guest service goals, ensuring customer complaints are resolved appropriately.
• Oversee the management and expansion of the center's Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in full-service kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a strong team player mentality.
• Knowledge of POS register systems and solid communication skills.
