Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals and delegate tasks to team members.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Oversee sales promotions and ensure service staff are trained in procedures.
• Maintain organization in the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas.
• Ensure quality food delivery and safety in the kitchen.
• Control food costs and train kitchen staff on production procedures.
• Hire qualified crew and ensure they are well trained and scheduled.
