  • Manage and develop leadership staff, including hiring, termination, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Regularly meet with senior company leadership to make decisions and disseminate ideas throughout the organization.
  • Evaluate workload to maximize manpower efficiency and profits.
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of leadership experience in a related industry.
  • 3+ years of Profit and Loss (P&L) experience.
  • Proven track record in business-to-consumer home services sales.
