About the position
The General Manager at Stretch Zone is responsible for overseeing the successful operation of a studio, ensuring financial accountability, and leading a team of certified stretch practitioners. This role focuses on enhancing client wellness through effective stretching methods while fostering a high-energy atmosphere and promoting career growth opportunities for staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervises staff and sets the tone in high-energy studio locations.
- Responsible for the successful operation and financial accountability of the studio.
- Introduces potential prospects to Stretch Zone's methods and presents tailored programs.
- Orchestrates the delivery of superior customer service and employee performance relative to location goals.
- Executes implementation strategies and manages company standards for operational activities and goals.
- Regularly communicates with the regional manager and corporate managers.
- Provides leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports.
- Directly manages all employees of the store.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in the health and wellness field.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-energy environment.
