Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead the organization's commitment to top-tier excellence in customer satisfaction and problem solving.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Train and mentor low-level managers and staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Create and manage budgets to optimize resource allocation and financial sustainability.
• Be the first point of contact for initial consultations and assessments of jobs.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Lead the hiring process for new employees, ensuring the right talent is on board.
• Evaluate the performance and productivity of team members and departments.
• Research and identify growth opportunities in the market and across the state of NC.
• Generate reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5 years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in budgeting and business management.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to evaluate employee performance.
