About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Haddon Township, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a leader who can effectively manage staff, ensure high standards of service, and maintain the overall quality of our fine dining and casual dining offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of food service.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with bar operations and beverage service is preferred.
  • Proficient in interviewing techniques to select top talent for the team.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of food service best practices and industry trends.
