About the position

The General Manager will oversee the operations of a tattoo and piercing shop in Saint Petersburg, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. This role involves managing daily operations, enhancing client experiences, and leading the team to success while maintaining compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational protocols, including scheduling, inventory management, and sales strategies.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, consultations, and client interactions, ensuring seamless service from initial contact to checkout.
• Conduct financial reporting and track artist payouts to optimize business performance.
• Organize shop events and maintain social media presence to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and industry standards, including HIPAA and Bloodborne Pathogens.

Requirements

• Proven experience in management within the tattoo, retail or food and beverage (fine dining, restaurant/bar/club) industries.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and various management software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of body modification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client hospitality.
• Experience in networking and offline marketing strategies to grow the client base.
