About the position

As the General Manager at Bowl 360, you will lead the daily operations of the bowling center, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and effective team management. Your role encompasses overseeing safety, sales, staffing, and overall center image while driving business goals related to revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will train and motivate staff, assist with events, and maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Ensure company guidelines are followed
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Set up and organize schedules
  • Devise and set objectives to boost company productivity
  • Ensure goals and objectives are met
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Interview and recruit new employees
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Provide training to staff
  • Delegate tasks to staff
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management
  • Supervise, lead, and motivate staff
  • Report any problems or accidents to senior management
  • Fill in for senior management in their absence
  • Help monitor and track operating costs, budgets, and resources
  • Create reports, analyze, interpret, and present data
  • Monitor customer and client satisfaction
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues
  • Assist with procurement of inventory and supplies
  • Support the general manager as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or similar field preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a General Manager or similar role
  • Experience in recruiting and hiring
  • Experience in evaluating staff
  • Experience in leadership roles
  • Ability to plan and organize
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Inventory management knowledge
  • Knowledge of POS system
