Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction and desired outcomes.
  • Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls and operations.
  • Develop team members and ensure compliance with BKC standards across all shifts.
  • Interact with team members, management, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
  • 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
