Food safety and planning are critical components of this role, requiring the General Manager to be ServSafe certified and to enforce sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness. Financial responsibilities involve adhering to standards to increase sales and minimize costs, utilizing monthly P&L reports to identify areas for profitability improvement, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a college degree (preferred but not required), previous restaurant experience, and strong computer skills.
