About the position

As a General Manager at MyEyeDr., you will lead a collaborative team to provide exceptional eyecare experiences for patients. This role encompasses overseeing office operations, financial performance, and team development while fostering partnerships with community doctors and vendors. You will be responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction and achieving key performance indicators, all while acting as a brand ambassador for MyEyeDr.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster a purpose-driven team through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Manage the financial success of the office by driving KPI performance.
• Collaborate with doctors and support teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver key performance indicators with flawless execution and provide coaching to team members.
• Maximize partnerships with Optometrists through effective scheduling and availability.
• Maintain HR policies and compliance to ensure a productive work environment.
• Lead performance and development initiatives in partnership with the District Manager.
• Ensure optical merchandise meets patient standards and requests.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or relevant management experience (Retail/Hospitality preferred).
• 2+ years in a leadership role with decision-making responsibilities.
• Experience leading teams to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Proven ability to drive business and sales operations in a customer-facing environment.
• Effective communication skills and strong leadership qualities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the healthcare or optical industry.
• Familiarity with financial management and P&L responsibilities.
