Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the convenience store and gas station.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and manage customer complaints.
• Schedule and supervise employees, providing training and motivation.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to meet daily needs.
• Monitor fuel levels and alarms, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Promote monthly sales and specials to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and review reports for payroll, bank deposits, and auditing functions.
• Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of the store for safe and sanitary conditions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding store operations.
• Manage financial aspects to maintain and increase revenue while controlling expenses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in a convenience store or gas station is desirable.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer interactions.
