About The Position
The General Manager at Club Pilates/Riser Fitness will oversee all studio functions, focusing on membership and retail sales, instructor performance, and overall studio management. This role is pivotal in driving membership growth, developing strategies to retain members, and ensuring high-quality service in a vibrant fitness environment. The General Manager will also be responsible for hiring, training, and managing Sales Associates, while utilizing independent judgment to direct the work of all personnel.
