About the position

As a General Manager at Twice Daily, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a multi-million dollar retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and financial performance. This role requires adaptability and accountability, as you will be responsible for managing a diverse team and creating a positive store culture. You will receive comprehensive training and support to develop your leadership skills and effectively serve our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day store and financial operations of a multi-million dollar business.
  • Ensure 'best in class' service is extended to all guests.
  • Engage in educating guests about the Tri Star offer.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the store management team.
  • Attract, recruit, interview, and hire staff aligned with Tri Star's culture and values.
  • Train, retain, motivate, and lead a capable store team.
  • Provide daily coaching to individual staff on their roles in delivering the store culture and values.
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels to ensure compliance with Tri Star standards of business readiness.
  • Ensure timely execution of the Tri Star marketing plan.
  • Reconcile and process daily financials, ensuring completion of back-office functions.
  • Maintain required inventory levels, freshness, and product rotation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3+ years of retail or hospitality industry experience
  • 3+ years management experience directly supervising staff
  • Passion for guest service and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards
  • Ability to work at any location within a 30-mile radius of your home

Nice-to-haves

  • Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a C-Store and/or food service environments
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Suite of products
