About the position

The General Manager at Superior Van & Mobility is responsible for overseeing the dealership's operations, ensuring customer retention, and driving profitability across all departments. This role involves leading a team, developing strategic plans, and maintaining high standards of customer service while positively impacting the lives of individuals with mobility challenges.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for profitability in all departments of the dealership
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for all departments
• Hire, mentor and monitor the performance of all employees
• Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
• Review KPIs daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase production
• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Provide training and support to all staff
• Assist Mobility Consultants in closing deals and attracting more customers

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of management experience
• Proven leadership skills
