Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machinery and equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues that arise during day-to-day operations.
• Set up, adjust, and break down production line machinery as needed.
• Complete daily documentation related to machinery maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve mechanical failures.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, welding, and conveyor maintenance.

Requirements

• Six months of experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, welding, or conveyor maintenance work, education, or training.
• Basic computer skills to complete documentation and read manuals.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in a meat processing environment.
• Ability to work in inclement weather conditions.
