The Fulfillment Expert at Target plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests receive their orders accurately and efficiently. This position involves engaging with guests, managing order fulfillment processes, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to changing guest demands and a focus on delivering quality service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
• Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
• Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to better understand their specific needs
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues for the guest
• Thank the guest and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target
• Select items for order pickup, drive up, and ship to home for digital guest orders
• Accurately put on hold all order pickup and drive up orders
• Properly prepare, pack, and sort guest orders for shipment using correct materials
• Deliver quality and accuracy with each order while meeting timeliness goals
• Own your workspace and supplies; keep equipment and designated areas organized and stocked
• Properly use equipment while following safety best practices
• Follow all safety guidelines and operating procedures
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive up
• Perform all other duties based on business needs

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Capability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Accurate handling of cash register operations as needed
• Ability to climb up and down ladders
• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
