About the position
As a General Merchandise Team Associate at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service on the sales floor. The role requires a proactive approach to customer service, as you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Your ability to engage with customers and provide knowledgeable recommendations will be key to your success in this position.
