About The Position
As a General Merchandise Team Leader at Target, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistent experience for our guests by managing product availability, pricing, and presentation on the sales floor. You will lead a team that handles inbound and outbound processes, inventory accuracy, and promotional signing. This role provides an opportunity to develop skills in guest service, retail business fundamentals, and team leadership. You will work closely with the Executive Team Leader (ETL) to execute daily and weekly workloads, assess operational procedures, and create a guest-first culture within your team.
