Responsibilities

  • Operate computer, calculator, and computerized mailing system.
  • Maintain retention schedule and organization of the Prisoner Accounting Filing Room.
  • Print invoices for Accounts Payables staff as needed and log payment details in SIGMA Financial Program.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
  • General Office Assistant 5: No specific type or amount of experience required.
  • General Office Assistant 6: One year of administrative support experience required.
  • General Office Assistant E7: Two years of administrative support experience, including one year equivalent to the intermediate level.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a correctional facility or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with SIGMA Financial Program.
