Responsibilities

  • Typing, filing, and completing forms.
  • Answering and transferring phone calls, responding to emails, and providing information to staff, clients, or the public.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting agendas.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Maintaining filing systems, collecting and recording data, and updating company databases.
  • Sorting, delivering, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
  • Welcoming guests, logging customer data, and providing support to clients.
  • Running errands and delivering messages.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Experience in clerical duties such as typing, filing, and document preparation.
  • Strong communication skills for answering calls and responding to emails.
  • Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments effectively.
  • Proficiency in typing and formatting documents.
