Responsibilities

• Perform general office management tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Answer phone calls and manage phone systems to ensure effective communication within the office.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
• Provide support as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist, greeting patients and handling inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that all office supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to assist bilingual clients as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in office management or as a receptionist is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Excellent time management skills to handle various responsibilities effectively.
• A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
