We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team at Vital Packaging Inc., a packaging material distributor located in Santa Ana, CA. Our company specializes in providing a wide range of packaging solutions, including boxes, poly bags, bubble mailers, tapes, stretch films, and paper cores. As a small operation with a strong and growing customer base, we are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to grow with us. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse administrative tasks and office management, which will be beneficial in supporting our operations effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that are crucial to the smooth functioning of our office. This includes inventory management, where you will record inventory using QuickBooks and utilize computer systems for data entry and record-keeping. You will also process incoming orders, create invoices, and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met. Maintaining and organizing files and documents is another key responsibility, along with assisting with purchasing tasks and other office management duties as needed.
