About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized office clerk responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the efficient operation of our office. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish required, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.

  • Customer service experience (2 years preferred)
