We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk for our team in Mamaroneck, New York. This role primarily focuses on handling data entry, performing comparative analysis of rent rates, and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
Handle and process housing vouchers with utmost accuracy
Conduct comprehensive comparative studies of different rent rates
Perform home visits as part of customer service duties
Keep track of leases and ensure timely follow-ups
Carry out clerical tasks such as data entry and handling paperwork
Use Microsoft Word and Excel to perform various tasks
Ensure friendly communication while dealing with customers
Follow instructions meticulously to perform tasks efficiently
Multitask between different roles and responsibilities
Maintain a high degree of organization in all tasks
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience in administrative assistance
Strong customer service skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
Ability to perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exhibit detail-oriented demeanor and maintain confidentiality
