• Manage digital files and confirm all documents are correctly saved in the appropriate folders
• Conduct quality checks on scanned files to guarantee data accuracy and completeness
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as required
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain precise customer credit records
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and provide satisfactory solutions
• Schedule appointments and manage shipping functions as required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with administrative assistance, including organizing files and scheduling appointments
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle shipping functions as required
• Experience with scanning documents and maintaining digital and physical records
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
