Responsibilities

  • Facilitate filing and document scanning tasks to ensure proper organization and accessibility of files.
  • Carry out light data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in updating records.
  • Oversee customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Process credit applications from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
  • Maintain customer credit records, ensuring they are accurate and updated as required.
  • Take appropriate action on customer accounts based on the monitoring process to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in other general office tasks as required, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient handling of office tasks.
  • Utilize skills in Document Scanning and Filing to enhance office efficiency and organization.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or other clerical position
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes
  • A fast typist with knowledge in stenography and taking dictations
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Must possess skills in document scanning and filing
  • Must be able to legally work in the transport industry
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Must have a strong work ethic and high level of integrity.
