Responsibilities

  • Join a collegial group practice with a large referral base.
  • Participate in an established outpatient practice expanding due to increased patient volume.
  • Work alongside 5 physicians and 2 dedicated advanced practitioners, 4 audiologists.
  • Manage call responsibilities of 1:7-8.
  • Provide full Audiology, vestibular testing and hearing aid dispensing services.
  • Perform established minimally invasive balloon sinus surgery in 3 in-office operating rooms for minor procedures.
  • Engage in a robust allergy practice with testing, intradermal and sublingual immunotherapy.
  • Build the practice to accommodate any additional surgical procedures of interest.
  • Utilize excellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems.
  • Teach students and residents, and engage in research opportunities if desired.

Requirements

  • BC/BE in Otolaryngology.
  • Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or willing to obtain.
  • Active DEA License.

Nice-to-haves

  • Subspecialty interest a plus.
  • Experience working within a Team Care model.
  • Fluency in EMR systems & technology.
