General Production Worker

About the position

The General Production Worker position at Aerotek involves various responsibilities centered around maintaining cleanliness in the plant and assisting in production tasks. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work at heights, as well as a willingness to rotate between cleaning and production duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean various floors of the plant, including walking up and down 4-5 flights of steps multiple times during the shift.
• Shovel various forms of feed and processed soybeans that have fallen out of machines for disposal.
• Load trucks and rail cars with feed.
• Rotate between cleaning the facility, shoveling, and production roles/machine operation.

Requirements

• Ability to work at heights without fear.
• Physical stamina to walk up and down stairs multiple times during the shift.
• Experience in production, labor, warehouse, or construction environments.
