About the position

The General Sales Manager is responsible for driving and achieving area sales goals by implementing company strategies and leading a sales team to maximize sales volume and profitability. This role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring sales activities, managing contracts, and collaborating with the leadership team to align sales forecasts with the overall business plan.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain and improve sales results.
  • Monitor and analyze sales pipeline, business ratios, and sales activities of each sales consultant.
  • Manage the backlog status and loan tracking process.
  • Oversee the contract process to ensure accurate and timely contracts.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team in developing sales forecasts in line with the business plan.
  • Submit sales activity and other reports as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License as driving is essential for this position.
  • Minimum of 7 years of related functional experience.
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • New home sales experience of at least 6 months.
  • Leadership experience of at least 12 months.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including email and word processing.
