About the position

The General Sales Manager for INEOS Grenadier at Crown Automotive Group is responsible for leading the sales team for a new luxury automotive brand. Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales staff for the INEOS Grenadier brand.
  • Oversee the desking of all car deals.
  • Compete in the local marketplace to drive sales.
  • Maintain profitability of the sales department while controlling expenses.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop sales team members.
  • Utilize cutting-edge sales technology and software to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in a dealership sales environment.
  • Luxury automotive sales management experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Ability to maintain profitability while controlling expenses.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as a new car manager or used car manager.
  • A great track record with luxury brands.
  • Skills in inventory control.
