About the position

The General Sales Manager at Massage Envy is a leadership role focused on driving sales and customer service excellence within the franchise locations. This position involves mentoring and motivating a team to achieve sales goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. The manager will also engage with clients to promote services and enroll them in the Wellness Program, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach sales associates to meet sales bonus goals.
• Establish relationships with members and guests to grow and retain a client base.
• Enroll new guests into the Wellness Program and explain its benefits.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing inquiries.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular body care and promote new services.
• Uphold the core values of Massage Envy, including optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.

Requirements

• Prior experience in management, marketing, sales, or customer service.
• Ability to train and coach sales associates.
• Good math, cash handling, and computer skills.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated to meet sales goals.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think critically and juggle multiple tasks.
