About the position

The General Sales Manager at HOTWORX is responsible for driving membership sales and providing exceptional service to members in a 24-hour infrared fitness studio. This role combines leadership, sales management, and customer service to create a motivating environment for both staff and members, while also focusing on achieving sales goals and expanding the studio's member base.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals
• Provide superior service to members by creating a positive and motivating environment
• Coach and train sales staff while achieving personal sales goals
• Interview, hire, and fire staff as necessary
• Report on sales trends and prospecting efforts to the owner daily
• Manage staff schedules and process payroll
• Utilize social media and marketing to engage members and grow brand awareness
• Use online platforms for customer relations management and sales processes
• Complete all required trainings to ensure success

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of management or sales experience
• Experience in retail management
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills
