Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers both in-store and over the phone.
• Engage customers, schedule appointments, and build trust while understanding their needs.
• Communicate processes and timelines effectively to customers.
• Sell parts and services to ensure vehicles run efficiently, adhering to customer care standards.
• Organize and manage service business through work order and register transactions.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide service and replacement part knowledge.
• Assist management with customer care, work order assistance, and facility maintenance.
• Follow all cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies.
• React to customer service issues and complaints in collaboration with management.
• Perform routine automotive services such as tire mounting, oil changes, and battery installations.
• Maintain safety procedures and ensure compliance with operating directives.
• Communicate effectively with associates, management, and customers.
• Handle opening and closing responsibilities as a key holder.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
• One year of related experience in the automotive service environment is required.
• One year of sales experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions is necessary.
• Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
