About the position

The General Service/Lube Technician is responsible for providing essential automotive services, including tire maintenance and oil changes, while ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. This role involves transporting customers, picking up supplies, and performing various basic automotive services as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports customers to and from their place of residence or business using the company vehicle.
• Picks up parts, supplies, tires, etc. from vendors and/or the corporate office using the company vehicle.
• Performs tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balance, and tire rotation.
• Performs oil changes and other basic services at the direction of the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of automotive services and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in automotive service or repair.
• Customer service skills.
