Responsibilities
- Ensure that the client's needs are understood and addressed
- Start tickets for phone/email/chat/walk-in clients
- Get all the relevant information from the client
- Clearly document issues and requests
- Work with the client to identify the specific device having the problem
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate appropriately as needed
- Schedule callbacks
- Assist with hardware bench work
Requirements
