About the position
This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where the primary responsibilities include constructing and packing boxes, performing quality checks, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. The role requires physical stamina as employees will be on their feet for the entirety of their shifts, which can range from 40 to 50 hours per week. The job is available on multiple shifts, including 2nd and 3rd shifts, and requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Construct boxes and pack them manually or with automated machines.
- Perform regular quality checks on packed products.
- Set up lines during a changeover process.
- Maintain housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
- Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products.
