About the position

Muslin Comfort is seeking a General Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced e-commerce operations in Visalia, CA. This full-time position involves various warehouse activities aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity in our operations, particularly in handling bedding, bath, and loungewear products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Maintain daily productivity logs
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment preventively
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• High school degree or equivalent
