Responsibilities

• Follow written Sanitation SOPs.
• Perform allergen cleaning to minimize cross-contamination.
• Clear the production floor of any items that should not be present during cleaning.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble large icing equipment.
• Complete preventive maintenance repairs on some equipment.
• Remove empty pallets and stack them in an organized manner.
• Clean equipment, conveyors, walls, drains, and floors.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dirty utensils in the 3-compartment sink and/or dishwasher.
• Inspect equipment after cleaning and sign off on daily paperwork.
• Report broken sanitation or production equipment.
• Report issues of product quality or food safety to appropriate personnel.
• Follow all company safety, GMP, and behavioral rules.
• Assist other sanitation team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
