Responsibilities

• Review and analyze insurance claims to determine coverage and liability
• Conduct thorough investigations to validate the authenticity of claims
• Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information
• Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements in accordance with company policies
• Maintain accurate documentation of claim activities and decisions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient claims processing

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in analyzing information and making sound decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
• FL Adjusters license (Required)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience adjusting claims in Florida
• Bilingual in Spanish
