About the position

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts by developing job descriptions and posting job openings.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process of candidates.

  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employee development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a non-profit or religious organization.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP).
