About the position

The Generative AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models that enhance products and services. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to create innovative AI solutions aimed at improving user experience and optimizing business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement generative AI models
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess data and build robust datasets for training AI models
• Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance, tuning hyperparameters to optimize results
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in AI and machine learning, applying best practices to your work
• Design and implement scalable solutions for deploying generative models in production environments
• Document processes, algorithms, and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing across the team
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to AI models and deployment
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team practices and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, particularly in generative models
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Contributions to open-source projects or publications in AI-related fields
